Collection and delivery and of mail
Is it hard for you and your staff to find the time to go off and collect or post the mail during the day? We can help you with both aspects.
Delivery of mail is a service for businesses that have a postbox address, but are not able to collect incoming mail in person from their postbox. If that is the case we can deliver it directly to your company!
Collection of mail means that we collect your company's outgoing mail at a time that suits you best. We deliver and collect on working days and at the times that we agree and that are most suitable for your routines.

Consignment Letter
When you wish to send a large amount of addressed or unaddressed items, Consignment Letter is Posten's solution to provide you with access to the domestic services that are available in the destination country.
Consignment Letter enables you to use the domestic services that are available in, for example, Denmark, Finland, Åland, Norway, Poland, Germany, The Netherlands and France, within the areas of Letters (products and invoices etc), Direct Mail (addressed and unaddressed) and Value-Added Services (address services, Business Reply Mail and returns etc).
Domestic Express Mail
With Domestic Express Mail your letter will be sent, quickly and securely, direct to the recipient's door, anywhere in Sweden. Letters will be delivered by 09:00 on weekdays and by 12:00 on Saturdays.

Domestic Registered Mail is a secure way of sending items of post containing valuable documents, cash and small goods with a value of up to SEK 5,000. Tracking enables you to see where your item of Registered Mail is within the Posten system.
With Registered Mail, you can always be sure that your item reaches the right person, since receipt is confirmed by the recipient or their representative.

The daily mail is something that most people want to deal with as early as possible in the day. A Postbox enables you to collect the mail from as early as 08.30 am.
Postbox is both a service and an individualised address for companies, organisations and associations. You choose yourself when you want to collect the mail and on the days when you are not able to make a collection your mail remains safely in the box.

Posten Notification Ad
Your company can now add a marketing message to the notifications which we at Posten send to your customers, in the form of a clickable banner and a link to your own website. We include a link to your website in our SMS notifications, and add your banner - which is also clickable, and links through to your website - to our e-mail notifications. This service gives your company a golden opportunity to provide information, advertise and generate additional sales!
As a customer of the Posten Notification Ad service, your marketing message - in the form of banners and links - will be included in all notifications sent by Posten for your items. We are currently able to do this when sending notifications for our Posten Varubrev, Registered, Cash on Delivery Letter, Express, Valuables and Posten Agreement Letter services. The number of services to which Posten Notification Ad can be added is growing all the time, enabling you to spread your marketing message even further in future.
We include a link to your own website in our SMS notifications, and add a banner with your marketing message to our e-mail notifications. The banner is also clickable, and links through to your website. You can choose whether to include your marketing message in our SMS notifications, our e-mail notifications or both. You can also choose whether you would like to be able to identify who has clicked on a link to your website, so that you can, for example, show a customised offer relating to what the customer has bought. The customer is identified using the item ID.
Documentation
We need to receive documentation in order to be able to add your banner and your links to our notification. You produce a banner in accordance with our set dimensions and format, and fill in the customer assignment form provided by Posten's sales representative. The banner that we add to our e-mail notifications should be in JPEG-format, size 318 x 130 pixels. If you would like us to add a link to your website in the SMS notifications, remember that it needs to go to a website that is optimised for mobile internet.
Posten needs to receive the documentation for your items via EDI if we are to be able to include your banner and links in our notifications. The EDI file must also include the SMS number and/or e-mail address of the recipient of the item.

Posten Varubrev
Posten Varubrev is a service that is suited to all distance selling companies that offer light products via e-commerce and mail order. Posten Varubrev is a domestic letter service for light items weighing between 150 g and 2 kg. The minimum thickness for Varubrev is 15 mm. Rolled items cannot be sent via Posten Varubrev. The service is only available on condition that you are a Posten EDI customer, and that production and invoice data is submitted via EDI.

The items in a shipment may vary in weight and format, but must have the same sender and return address. The minimum number of items in a shipment is 500. Posten Varubrev Economy Shipment
The items in a shipment may vary in weight and format, but must have the same sender and return address. The minimum number of items in a shipment is 500. The items are handed in as an unsorted shipment, and delivered to the recipients within three working days.

The letter's packaging must protect the contents well and be able to withstand standard handling in the postal system. Posten Varubrev should be labelled 'Posten Varubrev'. Posten Varubrev Economy should also be labelled with the letter 'B'. Clearly indicate a Swedish sender with name and postal address. Specially agreed additional services to Posten Varubrev should also be clearly stated on the item, or indicated with a specific symbol. Each letter must have a barcode, since the production and invoice data is submitted via EDI. Read more about labelling in 'Technical specifications for Posten Varubrev'.
CloseShipments containing at least 2,000 items must be booked in advance. Shipments can be booked simply via Posten's Customer Service, telephone +46 (0)20 232220 no later than 5.00 p.m. on the working day (Mon-Fri) before the consignment day.
CloseAn EDI file containing data on the items must be submitted to Posten at the latest one hour prior to handing in the shipment. Do make use of our free system Pacsoft Online.
CloseThe shipment must be handed in no later than 4.00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Contact Posten's Customer Service for details of your nearest consignment office.
CloseWe send advance notification that the item is on its way to those recipients for whom we have received an sms number or e-mail address. If it has not been possible to deliver Posten Varubrev, for example if the letterbox is too small, or if no-one in the household is at home, we send notification via sms or e-mail that there is an item awaiting collection at a Postal Service Point. If we do not have the recipient's sms number or e-mail address, we will send notification via letter.

Registered Mail International
If you need to send important documents or important small goods to other countries you should send them as Registered MailInternational. Registered Mail International provides secure delivery to the right recipients for countries with insecure mail delivery. You can keep a check on where the items are located for some fifteen countries via Tack & trace.
